തലശേരി: സിപിഐ കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് അംഗവും തലശ്ശേരി മണ്ഡലം മുന്‍ സെക്രട്ടറിയുമായ യു ബാലന്‍ (62)നിര്യാതനായി. വീടിന്റെ ടെറസില്‍ നിന്ന് വീണായിരുന്നു അന്ത്യം.

വസന്തയാണ് ഭാര്യ. വിനേഷ്, വിജുല, ബീന എന്നിവര്‍ മക്കളാണ്.
